MCF Phone Tech Support
When you purchase your product from MediClaim of Florida, Inc., we will assist you with your
installation. For 30-days, you can call us and we will
assist you with the setup of your application. Directories
and files in a Network environment must be setup. During
our 30-days support, training and related support
questions are address via our Phone Tech Support plan.
With
our Phone Tech Support service your call has
priority. We will answer your questions
regarding system functionality, electronic transmission
issues, form properties, error messages, or any
operating difficulty you may come across. Under our program, any
authorized member of
your staff can contact MediClaim of Florida, Inc. to ask
questions during our normal business hours. For weekend support access, we have a private
email address via MSN Messenger Support. This is an
option that will
allow your request to be answered during weekends and/or
holidays.
For database troubleshooting issues or
ARC 32
service,
the required data examination will be covered under
discount rates. Notice that this service is not part of
your Phone Tech Support. This
service is for data repair situations that may require
immediate attention for your business
continuation. These errors are due to power failure
or network failure. Be aware, an ARC32 service requires
that your data is immediately evaluated for errors. This
service is not included in our MCF Phone Tech Support.

- As previously
mentioned, data file repair may be
necessary with a system known as ARC32.
As with any software in the market, data
may become corrupted through incidents
such as power surges, computer hardware
problems, incorrectly shut off of a
system. This
service is not included in our MCF Phone
Tech Support.
Custom Formatting
- MediSoft Patient Accounting products include a form
formatter to allow the program's printed output to be
customized. MediClaim of Florida, Inc., or MediSoft
support, will answer your questions to help you
customize a form. If you'd like MediSoft support to do
the work for you, an extra fee applies based upon the
work necessary. Under MediClaim of Florida, Inc.
support, discounted rates apply to all our support
members.
Among many report printing capabilities
within MediSoft, the system has the capability to print
your Superbill. We have a unique approach in how to
print your Superbill. Our custom designed format
will indicate: Patient's name, DOB, SSN, Reason for the
visit, Reason for previous visit, Insurance Carrier and
ID, Demographic data, Previous Balance, Copay, and much
more. Once the Superbill detects missing information as
programmed, a flag will indicate the missing
information. It can also compare data and advise of
specific information, e.g., a Medipass patient requires
a referral, or reference, from the Primary Care
Physician. If the information is missing, our Superbill
will advice according to your specifications.
Training
- MediSoft offers many training resources: Live MediSoft
Classes, Training Videos, and even the Video Help CD-ROM
for MediSoft. You can familiarize yourself
and your staff with your software using one or more
of these resources.
Phone Tech Support includes training over the
phone in the use of MediSoft. For training on the use
of the application, you may contact MediClaim of Florida, Inc.
and schedule in house training.

Medicare error numbers - To
assist you in finding Medicare error
numbers, we found a list with all the
codes. Once you open the Adobe Acrobat
file, the best way to find the error is
to do this sequence in your keyboard:
Ctrl-F, enter the code you are searching
for, then Enter. Your system should send
you to the first instance of your
findings. For more information go to
Windows Help.

If the error directs you
to a Loop/Data Element, we suggest you
refer to the Crosswalk available in your
Direct Module CD, or download it from
here. Again the same sequence, Ctrl-F.

Support Link - The following file
downloads an installation program into
your system.. Only do so when instructed
by us. Instructions in how to proceed
with the installation will be provided.
