Update on Meaningful Use!
On July 28,2010, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) published in
the Federal Register the final rules for meaningful use and certification
standards of electronic health record (EHR) systems under the
HITECH
provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The rules
establish the requirements for eligible hospitals and providers to
qualify for Medicare and Medicaid incentives for meaningful use of

compliance with the latest HIPAA 5010, you need to upgrade to Version 17.
MediSoft earlier Versions
Earlier versions, do not currently
function with the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. Therefore, we
cannot make any guarantee of, or warranty the stability or functionality of,
any version of MediSoft used in conjunction with Microsoft Windows Vista for
this and other earlier MediSoft versions.
